A Fool

Was I a fool

To believe it was all true ?

Was it all just fake

Or just the way of fate?

I'll never really know why it played out like this

I just hope that this list of fate's examples is ending it's list

Seems fun to still smile

But how can you clarify

The pure from the false

Is it worth all the psychological costs

It is so funny the things that can upset you

are usually the smaller words that cut deepest and true

At the end I'm hopeful

even when its not cool

My head wanting out of this head

and back to rest in honest thoughts

of a more grateful bed
